How’s it going? I stayed on plan for four days last week and didn’t lose an ounce. My husband lost 6 pounds, so I got depressed and ate the weekend away. Now I’m restarting today. Didn’t know if there were any special instructions for RNY patients.

Not RnY but gastric sleeve...4 years post-op. Did great until a year ago. The carb tracking is the thing that has made the most sense to me and I think I'm going to be successful because it seems like I can follow this for life. Started one week ago, down 7 pounds, not that hungry but my tiny stomach helps with that. Days 3 and 4 were probably the toughest but I didn't stray too far. Feeling more confident in this process now.
