Trouble getting ENOUGH carbs!

Just starting out, and I’m finding it difficult to actually get ENOUGH carbs recommended for my weight. I’m all cheese, meat and lean veggie right now.

My daily net carbs recommended is 20g...not sure if that bar is too high, or if coming up short is actually a good thing for Ketosis. Any advice here is appreciated!

    Imnewatthis For ketogenic it’s a basis on 20 net carbs or less. That’s a general guideline for most but not everyone. Some people can be ketogenic with slightly more. And yes, it’s okay to be less
