First day of Keto

Hi All!  Today is my first day and i e already used all my carbs.  Anyone have suggestions to help obtain more fat and less carbs?  What dishes could I eat?  This is a bit confusing.

    Put what you plan on eating for the day tomorrow into the app and see where the macros land. It'll give you an idea what you need to change--generally removing sugars, grains and starches should help.

    Googling for "keto breakfast" or lunch, dinner, snacks, foods, recipes... you can come up with tons of ideas what will help meet your numbers. The app also has a meal plan and recipes feature you can try.
