Add real KETO settings 75/20/5
I’m not sure why this app shows all the other daily goals but doesn’t show 75/20/5 calcs in the daily macro settings. I don’t know a single person who uses this app for anything but keto tracking and yet can’t choose this true keto calc.
Sure, you can put in custom %’s and grams but not everyone is savy in that area.
A great feature update would be adding this in the choices, maybe calling the
70/25/5 - Keto
75/25/5 - Keto (high fat)
Great app though! I live by it! (Down 73lbs)

The app already calculates your macros based on your age, gender, etc. to give you your 70/25/5. Not sure what you're seeing in your version, but the app worked out my keto macros down to the gram and those are the numbers I see in my daily goal
