Just wanted to introduce myself. I’m new and tried to start this a couple weeks but then got really sick, so ended up concentrating on getting better. I’m ready to jump in starting today.
Just getting started and appreciate the support group. There is so much info out there on Keto that it is very confusing. Day 4 and feeling good so far. Struggling to balance the protein intake, but seeing it on Carb Manager has really helped me.
