Good Morning!
Well, technically it's afternoon, but whatever. I just came back to Carb Manager yesterday (I had signed up apparently in 2017? but never used the site but for a few days).
I want to use the KETO diet to help me with a myriad of issues, not the least of which is my T-2. I have been in denial about my health situation for almost 2 years, and I really need to get my act together before something really bad happens.
I am pretty familiar with KETO since I have played around with for, well, to many years -- but I never got 100% serious about it.
So, here I am. I did not pay for premium, and I am wondering if there is anyone in this group that does have premium, and is it worth it? I see that there are recipes, meal plans, and additional things we can track with premium, but I am wondering if non-premium works pretty good for everyone anyways.
