Newbie

Hello everyone! I am new to the keto diet. I started yesterday so I’m going to see how this works. I’m currently 209 and want to weigh 165. My biggest challenge I think is going to be eating large meals because I get full fast but hungry again in a few hours.

    This plan allows me to feel fuller longer. Plus I’m drinking more water
