Too much protein- I need your help!

I don’t want to make this too long.
I don’t have any issues with the low carb part, but I have a major issue over doing protein while trying to meet my fat grams.
My goal is to have:
18 net carbs 131g fat 55g protein
as I mentioned before I’m good on the carbs but on a good day I’m getting to 100g of fat and 75g protein.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm not the best on this either and struggle with hitting fat (too low) and protein (too much) numbers all the time. Sometimes it's not planning my whole day out and , sometimes its changing the plan because something comes up and I can't modify quick enough. Finding the right balance is tough!! I'm, by far, no expert on ratios (honestly it confuses the crap out of me) but your ratios seem disproportionate. Again, I could be wrong, but only 55 g of protein and 131 g of fat?? I'd recheck your #s - you may be more on track than you think.
