Changing things up?

If anyone would like to change things up while in a keto diet due to lack of creativity, lack of appetite, or not getting the results you want then I recommend looking into these factors. 

Food I have no doubt in my mind that most people already know all the foods they're going to eat but it can get limited. Try experimenting cooking differrent dishes from recipes on blogs and articles or from YouTube. Personally I like Tasty. 

Body If you haven't been looking into exercising while on a keto diet then you should consider. I've seen many people having the same problem of lack of appetite but still not managing to lose weight or reach the results they would like to reach. Do exercises that you actually enjoy and you'll be pushing forward your weight journey. 

Mind stay consistent. Don't break off from a keto diet after no results come. Work for it! there are no magic pills that work instantly. (Maybe there is but I wouldn't recommend taking it). Feel your resolve for continuing waning? Consult a friend or group of other dieters that will help you out.
