My go-to snacks for higher fat and lower protein are avocado (3 g protein/21 g fat in a whole avocado), or an iced coffee with 1 tbsp heavy cream (0 protein/6 g fat).

Google fat bombs.  I make coconut oil, unsweetened coconut & sweetener. Sometimes I add cocoa.  Also you can add butter or bacon grease, you are saving your bacon grease.  A tablespoon here and there does wonders.  It works...readjust as you go.

  • MTC oil is a good source of quality fat you can add to anything. People seem to like the Bullet Proof Coffee thing, so maybe look into that if you are a coffee person. I do IF so I skip breakfast and lunch, but breakfast people rave on the bulletproof coffee satiating them all day.

And I recommend looking into Intermittent Fasting if you really want to kick yourself into ketosis and drop the weight quicker. Just MAKE SURE you eat enough calories or you WILL kill your metabolism. I've been doing this for a year and have lost 105lbs so far, but I did stall my metabolism quite significantly by not eating enough calories in the first 10 months. My BMR was 2100, I was eating maaaybe 1100 because it's really hard to eat 2000 keto style cals in 1-2 hrs. While I did practice 23/1 IF for 10 months and it worked wonders on me (8-10ls per month min) I do not recommend it long term and would do it differently if I had to do it over.

A quick 3-day water fast would also get you in a very high level of ketosis quickly. But I don't recommend it if you are not used to fasting. I do recommend fasting but work your way up from hours to days.
