Hi, I've been doing Keto for about 6mo. and lost around 40 lbs and very happy with that, however  lately I seem to be in a stall with 5 lbs  to my goal.  I haven't really  changed anything I walk every day, get around 10,000 steps, eat well, keto. I do have a  sweet tooth but try to make everything sugar free.  There are a few  exceptions.  What can I do to spark it up?  Thanks Sandy

    Try mixing up your routine and see if that helps; your body may be adjusting to what you're doing since it's routine. Look into IF and/or OMAD and see if they are for you - might also help to do once or twice weekly. Good luck! :-)
