Vegan, Gluten Free Trail Runner
Hi there. I am a long term vegan, gluten free eater and trail runner and started the Keto diet about two weeks ago. In the last few days I started to get the fats, net carbs and proteins into their recommended intake percentages however, I wonder if anyone has experience/suggestions on what electrolytes to take on long distance trail runs? Lemon and sea salt in my water reservoir is an option but not so refreshing after fifteen miles.
