Out of ketosis

I have been way under my carb and calorie goals on many days. Not intentionally. Just happened on those days. And I have not been in ketosis for a week. Can eating too little cause this?

    Yes try harder to plan your day's food each morning so you meet the macros.  Starvation I think just makes your body defensive so it hangs onto all it's energy sources...fat.  Eat the macros and you will do better.  Also squeeze it all into 2 meals per day instead of 3.  That helps a lot.  For me I eat between noon and 6pm and nothing outside of those hours.  Maybe a tea.  Good luck!
