Hi, just got this app set up and still learning the ropes. I'm here for more to help level out my blood sugar levels and liver function than weight loss.
Have never planned a weeks worth of meals before, so this is all brand new to me. My roommate got me started and is worried that I won't keep at it and it will drag the Keto flu on and on. I've already made some big changes in my eating habits and can already feel the difference.
I have more homework to do with this and more practice and I will meet my goals, I just need to do this at my own pace. Surely I'm not the only one who is in this position when they started this program. Am I?
