Can’t do artificial sweeteners
Hi everyone 🙂
I am starting the Keto as a result of research (anecdotal) that says it helps reduce migraine episodes - mine are everyday chronic migraines and so my fingers and toes are crossed that this will work. I am in Australia and wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any alternatives to artificial sweeteners as the taste of them in anything is really disgusting to me. I’m hoping there is something natural that I can replace the artificial ones with besides sugar?
