Great list of foods, I find the options in the supermarkets are getting better with the anti sugar, drive getting better, but like you say its difficult sometimes with certain products.
I often stock up if going away or have a long drive with stuff from amazon who have a very good selection of keto products or I have used sites like carbfreezone as well which seem to be a little easier to find items through.
