3 weeks in

Hi everyone! I’m pretty new to the low carb keto thing. So far I’m really liking it. I did get the keto flu for about 3 days I felt absolutely awful but stuck through it.  

Ive lost 11 pounds but feel like it’s stalled a bit. I’ve been 11 pounds down for 3-4 days. Any clue why I’ve stalled? I haven’t be consuming carbs and I’m trying to keep my fat intake high, that part can be hard.

    Depends on how long you have been following the lifestyle. Your body may be still adjusting. Put that scale away for awhile and keep doin keto. It will melt off if you stick to it. Also, scale doesn't reflect great numbers for fat loss for awhile. You still may be melting and it should reflect in your waist, legs, etc. just keep doing what your doing. It's a marathon long term.

    thank you! I’m working on it. Glad I found this app with this forum to come to for inspiration and encouragement. I really do feel like this is something I can do long term. It’s a little easier with this app to track all my macros.
