ksoldotcom is right, the first week is mostly water, I lost 7lbs but each person varies as some eat a lot of carbs leading up to starting Keto, carbs get turned in glycogen which holds about 7 times more water ~ keep drinking, don’t forget extra salt & fats the first 2-3 wks particularly.
