I’ve been on Keto for 3 weeks, have lost 11 pounds, feel great, but every time I pee on one of those darn sticks it come back with none or trace. Not exactly a positive motivator so I just stopped using them. I tried every different time of day, mid stream, end stream whatever. Read that every body is different in this process. If you are loosing - well, that’s all that matters, good luck!
