New and checking in...
New to the forums. I actually started working on the keto way of eating almost 2 months ago. My chiropractor suggested it and he’s been doing it about a year.
in 2 months I’ve lost about 30 pounds. Was at 214 now down to 184. I got this app so I could get a better handle on exactly what I’m eating and what the macros look like.
i’m 66. Was diagnosed as having crossed that line into being type 2 diabetic. And now I’ve been rechecked and.... I’m not.
That’s pretty much it in a nutshell. It’s actually easier than I thought, but I can see where it would be more difficult for someone who likes sweet treats.
