I wasn't going to log yesterday or today's eats but I told myself that it's not about judgement, but honesty with myself. I cannot let self-inflicted guilt rule my life. If I track everything, and I see the results of it, it gives me more incentive next time to consciously choose what to eat, eyes open wide on what will happen with the scale etc. I'd love to get to a place where I can enjoy an occasional dinner out without worrying about what I order, or at a friends party, etc. for now tracking is what it is. That's life, right? :)
