Day 3... cant sleep😞

  • I experienced the same thing day 4 and 5. I wasn't sure if it was Keto related as I was also having bad joint pains.

    It does get better in time and then quality of sleep improves - provided you don’t drink too much water after 6:30pm..... 😂
