FEELING GUILTY

I’m sticking to this, & happy with my continued results, but I don’t feel like I’m on a diet or the least bit deprived! I know, you say, “be happy “, yes but it makes me feel like I’m cheating. If, psychologically, I felt any better, I couldn’t stand being around me!!  I’m not meeting my goal of g of fat/day, is that a problem? Thanks in advance!

    I struggle getting enough fat in my diet also..

  • It should  not be a problem at all, IF you are feeling full and satisfied and not over eating on the carbs and protien. The point is to allow your body to burn its own fat stores.

    Maurley Thanks for replying! Someone else just let me know, it’s OK, your body will use its stored fat! I sure have plenty of that! Wish I could sell it!

  • If you feel you need more fat and aren't getting it, have a teaspoon of MCT oil to start and increase as your body needs to adjust to the MCT oil also... or you can use coconut oil. You can actually just drizzle a bit of MCT oil over your food. It has no taste.
