FEELING GUILTY
I’m sticking to this, & happy with my continued results, but I don’t feel like I’m on a diet or the least bit deprived! I know, you say, “be happy “, yes but it makes me feel like I’m cheating. If, psychologically, I felt any better, I couldn’t stand being around me!! I’m not meeting my goal of g of fat/day, is that a problem? Thanks in advance!
