Hello

I’m new at this not sure if I’m doing this right but hope to get lots of help with this app.

i want to loss 60 pounds and I started Jan 15 2018 weighted myself at 230 

i weighted myself on Saturday and I had lost 6 pounds

i weighted myself on Sunday only to be surprised that I gained 3 pounds and today Monday I weight the same 

that is why last night I wanted to see what could help me see what I’m doing wrong and here I am hopefully I can get good advise from people who have succeeded to loss weight and not gain 

and I can see what I’m doing wrong in my charts

    When I gain weight it means I have eaten too many carbs and my insulin has gone up. The 6 lbs you lost means you were in ketosis. That was water. The 3 lbs you gained probably means you were knocked out of ketosis and regained 3 lbs of water.

    I feel the same that I probably lost water weight but I gained it back 

    i just have to keep going and be careful of my carb count

    Fluctuations are normal, don't let the scale become your worst critic. Stick to your macros, keep a positive outlook, and remember this isn't a dash it's a marathon.

    I only weight myself once a week
