Started my keto Journey for the first time.

This is my first time doing the keto diet. I'm already familiar with not eating bread and pasta because I've been gluten free since 2005 due to celiac disease. As more and more gluten free version of breads and pastas were invented I made the mistake of eating them. I gained a lot of weight and a lot of times when I ate I felt drugged (brainfog). All I wanted to do was sleep. I've only been on this diet for a few days now. I can already notice a difference with the clarity in my thinking and the energy it is giving me. I gave up pop which is huge for me cause I drank a lot of it. I eliminated real sugar from my diet and I've been using this app religiously. My goal weight is 170. I know this is a lifestyle change and it takes time, but I'm determined. I dont know everything there is to know about keto. I still have hunger cravings. I'm hoping they will go away the more I'm on it. My name is Dawn by the way 😉
