Hi Janey, I just started the Keto plan on Tuesday of this week. I have been eating aged cheddar cheese, mozzarella, bacon, eggs, broccoli, sausage and 90% dark chocolate. it took me a couple days to get my macros to align. I have read that we should make sure that our fat grams outweigh our protein on the daily. If that is wrong someone please let me know. There is soo much information on this diet and its hard to know what is true and not true. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like. Stronger together!
