I’m Jazzmyne 👋

Hi everyone! I’m Jazzmyne and I started the Keto diet 2 weeks and five days ago. W was hoping to lose 10 lbs of water weight by now, but maybe my expectations are too high. How much lbs did you all loose in 2 weeks? Tips are more than welcome on here 😁

    Hi! I’m pretty new here too.  I keep my net carbs below 25 and am dropping some pounds. I am shopping the edges of the edges of the grocery store and avoiding processed foods.  I also decided to measure and track my inches Incase my scale isn’t moving, but I’m losing inches.  This should help me keep motivated.

    Hi Mimi’s,

    A friend pointed out that my carbs was too high. I Lowered my calorie intake thinking that it would automatically lower my carb intake, but it actually increased. So now Im at a low carb level and should be seeing results... I definitely want to start keeping track of inches lost because I feel like my shirts are becoming more baggy even with the not so low carb intake 😂
