Try, try again! Hello! I’m Judy and I’m trying to get this Keto thing down. So far, no luck, I gained a pound:(
I’ve been at this for 2 weeks now and I refuse to get discouraged! I will track my food intake and do a 30 min workout 5 x week. Hopefully the next two weeks will show a weight loss:)
