Hello, I'm new here and have a question 🤚

I work in a warehouse and have a very physical job. I added 8 of my 11 hours to my daily count and it says -23g /19g with 42g remaining. Does that mean I need 42g more carbs?  How can I add that many more carbs when what I'm eating is filling me up? Thanks for any responses!

    Are you using a step or activity counter to bring the carbs up automatically?  I use a Fitbit and I had to go into settings to get mine to stop adding in. It just gives me calories burned now.
