First day!!

Hi ! It’s my first day of keto. I am 171 lbs my goal is 140lbs. I tried to keep it to 20 g of carbs but so hard. I was at 30g today. Oh well . Excited to give this a go and see how and if it’ll work for me!!

    Same, this is my second round and I tried to keep it to 20 net carbs yesterday and hit 30 instead! I know when you're starting out, you want to have a very low amount of carbs, but 30 is still a very good try and you always have tomorrow! After you get into it, most people remain in ketosis by just staying under 50 net carbs! Exciting to look forward to because I'm just getting into eating veggies with ranch as a snack and veggies are what pushed me over yesterday. I feel like if it's something healthy that pushes you over your carb limit, you shouldn't sweat it really as you could be pushing it with something much less healthy and this is something good for your body!
