Happy birthday to me!!..
I almost cheated today. I was thinking about having a big plate of pasta with Alfredo sauce for my birthday. But after reading about how it might make me have to start all over again I am choosing not to. It’s just one time, would that really screw me up? Starting my fifth week now. I’m determined not to cheat, but it was really hard there for a minute. Happy birthday to me!!

julie573294222 You know it will probably make you feel like crap. Lol. I’ll tell you what I did one time after craving Mac and cheese, Kraft. This sounds hideous but it worked for me. I love kraft Mac and cheese powder, I had to have some. I took basic pork rinds- laid them on a small plate. Melted real butter and added as much kraft powder without making it pasty. My goal was to drizzle this concoction over my rinds. It served a purpose yet utterly salty. It made me not cave. I haven’t done it since. Lol. But I do once in awhile use organic black bean pasta and put loads of butter on that with kraft powder. If you can call that a cheat, that’s great because the black bean pasta had so much fiber I was back in ketosis by that night.
