New beginning

Hi everyone..today is my first day of Keto planning...with those of you that are on it.this was my totals for the day..I would love some feedback to see if I’m on the right track.

carbs 20g, I ate 17 net carbs or 24 total carbs

protein  70g. I ate 70g

fat up to 140g , I ate 97g

total calories 1238 today

  • Looks good. I'd try an up the fat more if you can. It's important to get the fat in, especially in the first few weeks.
