Keto carb Range?

Hello everyone, I have recently decided to try out a ketogenic diet, but i'm confused on what max carb range i'm supposed to stay under. When doing research I found people saying to stay under 50g, others saying it will only work under 20g, and some saying 30g or 40g. I just want to know what the definitive number is, so I don't mess this up. Someone else had told me that height also has something to do with it, and i'm 5ft'3. If anyone could help clear this up for me and offer some advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Did you try plugging your numbers into the app? For keto it will probably recommend less than 20 but what works for you might be different.

  • sometimes starting out on the higher end (50) and slowly transitioning over a few weeks to lower numbers is easier mentally.
