Hangry teens are the worst.

Newbie here 👋 I’m a 43 year old single mom to four CrAzIeS. The three that are still at home will be starting Keto in January. I remember my first week and how hangry I was for carbs. I’m nervous and excited for my kids. I just hope I can get through THEIR first week of being hangry teenagers!! Wish me luck!!
