Newbie question on the Diet planner
Hi all, I’m new to the app and trying to work out the meal plan section. I’m not wanting to loose lots of weight just a few kg and get a bit healthier. In the meal plan section there is a check box that says adjust recipes to your macros, but after checking the box nothing changes and the kilojoules for the day are about a third of what it says I should be. I might just be a bit thick today 🤪 Cheers Lynne
