Where to go for tech support?

I don’t know if I somehow did something wrong or if it’s the app, but all of a sudden I cannot search. The results are ridiculous. A search for Brussels sprouts returns only frozen foods / branded items... what about fresh produce results? A search for ham returns nearly nothing. Out of nowhere, the app suddenly just doesn’t make sense. It wasn’t this much of a struggle yesterday!

Is there anyone else having trouble? Or is it just me?

  • Had this issue as did my husband.  I closed the app rebooted system then all was fine.

  • Galltwo Thanks for the tip! It worked, but only one food. I was able to find “cheddar,” but then when I went for “broccoli,” it was right back to branded items. This is really frustrating. 😭
