When did you see a difference?

Hi!  Day 4, I have tracked my macros and stayed under my allowable carbs.  I know we shouldn't be weighing ourselves every day.  But I just checked and I haven't lost a stitch of weight yet :(

    4 days is not very long.  Have you gotten into ketosis yet?  How are you feeling, usually the first few days are the toughest as body adjusts.  Everyone is different and depends on how much weight you have loose.

    Thankyou for the reply.  Its now been over a week, and I still haven't dropped anything.  I was up 1lb but now am only up .5lb.  
    I spill ketones often, so I know strips aren't a great way for me to test.  But I have stayed under my carbs and at or near my other macros the whole time.  
    I feel fine, no different than usual, I'm always pretty tired, haha.

    Rose Make sure you are drinking lots of water.  Maybe try intermittent fasting . It might kick start you weight loss.  Usually when you are in ketosis your energy levels increase and hunger decreases.

    I don't eat till noon.  But I was already doing that, so wouldn't change much I guess now.  I've been drinking a lot of water too... 8 glasses usually.
