I lose about 5 lbs a week and use MCT oil. I am female and currently 150 lbs and 5'6". I also do intermittent fasting by leaving a 16hr window between dinner and breakfast the next morning and don't snack between meals. I hurt my back so I don't exercise and occasionally go for a walk when my back is up for it. Not sure if it is the MCT oil, but I learned it is important for ketosis. I enjoy putting it in coffee and protein shakes. I try to get a minimum of 1 tbsp a day.
