I want off this plateau!
Hi everyone, my name is Jessy and I’ve been on the keto diet for about two years now. I’ve lost 75 lbs and I am only 15 lbs away from my goal, however, I have been maintaining this weight for longer than I’d like. I joined this app in the hopes that it might encourage and challenge me to amp up my weight loss game. 💪🏻🤨💦🏃🏼♀️

Hey Jessy... you have clearly been doing something right to be down 75 lbs, plus have had the stick-to-it-iveness for two years, so congrats! If it’s tweaking you are looking for at this point, perhaps intermittent fasting will help? Haven’t done it myself, but check out some of Dr. Jason Fung’s info (YouTube videos, etc.) and see what you think, there’s some pretty compelling science there...
