Reaching Goal After 14 months. Now what?

I am approaching my goal and have lost almost 100 pounds.   KETO and Carb Manager have been good to me.  I am about four pounds from my goal. This is the only thing that has worked for me in 20 years. My weight on the scale fluctuates about six pounds. What about life after keto? Does carb manager adjust you to a maintenance program?  How much should I go below my goal weight to stay below it despite the increase in fluid retention?  How long should I remain below my goal before reintroducing healthy carbs into my diet?  Thanks!!!!

Wow! First off...congratulations!!! 100 lbs lost is like another whole human (small one but still). 2nd...Im surprised that no one has answered this question. I’m no expert but this is second keto go round in 8 years. The first time was 2012 - I lost 35 lbs to hit my goal weight in about 3 months. I maintained a low carb diet to maintain that weight for the next 6 years....with a once per week “cheat day” built in.
Then 2 years ago I fell off the wagon when life got in the way. I went back to the traditional American high carb diet and it didn’t take long to put that 35 lbs back on.
I’m now 25 days into my “new-keto” and am down 17 lbs. My anecdotal advice is that you DO NOT go off the diet when you hit your goal weight. You simply adjust your daily calories and macros for maintenance and you do so the rest of your life. This is what I plan to do this time when I hit my goal weight.
I would like to hear from someone else on this bcz it’s a great question and likely not a lot of info out there.
