Too much of a good thing
Hi I'm Cyndie and new here. I keep going over my protein and fat every day. Help! I'm really not eating bad. 2 eggs with a little cheese in the am, chicken breast or tuna for lunch and fish or chicken for dinner. Not sure what to eat to lower those amounts. Thanks for any tips :)

If I may, I would suggest you get a small kitchen scale and weigh your portions. From that you should be able to cut the portions down to where they don’t go over your limits.
An alternate method would be to go in to your macros and select the ‘custom’ option where you can set them manually. That way, you can lower them below what the dietary science says they should be so if you go ‘over’ the settings, you’re still under the real settings. Hope that makes sense.
