how to add supplements and exercise?

Hi!! Can anyone explain how to log supplements and workouts? I can't find a way to add in if I've done say, 3 sets of bicep curls using 20 lb weights etc etc.  I want to know how many calories I am burning with my workouts but I just cannot seem to find a way to do this on this app.  I also don't see a way to log supplements -is it just noting it daily?

    There is a supplements section where you can add those just like food - maybe it's only available in the Premium version? Not sure. 

     

    Workouts - click EXERCISE on the left; on the top, select either CARDIO or WEIGHTS and go from there - for example, if you click WEIGHTS, then look for BARBELL WRIST CURL, click LOG and it will ask you some questions to figure out your particular burn rate.
