New to the forum

I am new to the forum but not new to keto. I have been eating a variation of lchf, paleo, keto for over 2 years now...
My health has never been better but because I haven't been strict with my diet I haven't lost much weight either.
I recently spoke with a bariatric surgeon because I am so over the weight loss roller coaster... He however seemed to think I am not a good candiate because I am healthy (ie blood sugar cholesterol ect). I don't eat big meals and I really don't eat carbs (he actually asked that). He basically said if I had the surgery I might lose 20kgs.
I am currently 104 kgs (and just over 5ft) and am determined that by tracking on here and using my fitbit as a motivator I can actually start the weight moving in a downward direction.
