Hi guys... I am new to the app and new to keto but not new to intermittent fasting or to the low carb diets high fat diet. I thought I’d try out the next locical step and go keto for a while to see if I like it but I am struggling with the macro’s. I hit my target the first 3 days in a row now but feel very limited to what I can eat. I see lots of recepies here but they are all too high in proteine. Any suggestions?
