Day 5

Day one, way over

Day 2 almost there

Day 3 same as day before

Day 4 on target

Day 5 on Target yet again

no cravings, sometimes a snack sometimes not

I am constantly drinking water , I crave it. So not like me. 

I do however have a question , I never reach my calorie intake I’m always less than half of 1200 a day is this ok?

    You need to eat, you eat low calories long enough and you’ll lower your metabolism.  Then you’ll gain weight on less calories, so eat. Keto is not about counting calories but calories do count.
