less than 5 gram protein meal?
Hi folks... while I am waiting to get my groceries this weekend I am eating what I have and trying to stick to the macros. Today I had a boiled egg for breakfast, then the bunless pub cheeseburger for lunch (with turkey) - my fav. And now trying to fit in dinner but I have 1 gram of protein left... if I go over and satay under in carbs and in limits for the rest is it OK? if not can you offer me an idea to get past dinner... can't wait to get out an shop... I am trying very hard to stay under the macro numbers for my calorie intake.
