Carb manager

Hello!

Does anyone know the difference  for “eggs cooked” versus “eggs fried” on carb manager? When you enter in eggs fried is it taking in account for oil used? I cook my eggs in coconut oil so am just wondering if I’m adding extra calories that don’t need to be accounted for.

I think a lot of the entries are member entered so if you're entering the oil you're cooking in, maybe select raw eggs or large egg etc?  That way, you know you're just getting the egg.  Another way to do it is scan it with your cell phone if the packaging has a barcode.

I personally found it better to set up a database of my own foods by manually entering straight from the food label itself. It will take more time in the beginning, but is definitely more accurate in the end.
