Modified Hangry Woman Chaffle

Made her cheese chaffle (egg, cheese, baking powder) but left out the vanilla and the almond flour. Substituted instead 1 teaspoon coconut flour and 15 ml collagen peptides and it worked out great. Topped with a few deep fried onions and jalapenos.

    Another modification: 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup smoked crumbled Balderson cheddar (crumbled in a Vitamix), 1 tsp  coconut flour, 1/2 crumbled fried sausage meat, 1 tsp diced onion, 15 ml collagen peptides (optional). Really whisk the baking powder and the egg first, the egg mixture will fluff a bit, then add the rest and stir and carefully place the lot in a single traditionally sized waffle maker (nothing fancy - from Target - but not the dash sized one). Spray the waffle maker first with non stick spray or oil it and cook for however long it takes to brown up. With my waffle iron it takes a good 4 mins at least. This is savory and super yummy.  Tastes a bit like a sausage egg Mcmuffin.
