This app says that 1 pound of steak is 130g of protein roughly. Is this accurate? Google says it's 80 g

cathitwill it’s multi usage. Grams, pds, ounces, liquid ounces, all of it. I paid under 20$. Black glass and classy looking. Prob could find one online.

  • Hi there, thanks for getting in touch about this! Google's results may be using a different cut or grade of steak than ours. Different cuts and grades different in fat content, resulting in a different protein / fat balance. FWIW they list 1 lb of steak as 112g of protein, so not too far off. For extra precision, you can search for the exact cut of steak in the database (i.e. ribeye, sirloin, etc.)
