Hi! Day 1! I don’t understand where to find the number of calories, fats, proteins or macros I’m supposed to work toward I see what I did today but I can’t find what I SHOuld have done today! Help!
In the main part of the app, the last entry in the menu on the left let's you set activity level, height, weight, goal, etc. Poke around a bit and you should find everything.
